Are you putting off tasks that you need to complete. Is this list building? Have things become so overwhelming that you just don’t know where to begin? You are not alone. In fact, this seems to be a common concern presented by several people this week. Ignoring the task will not make them go away. They all do not have to be completed in a day. Something that works for me is taking on a challenging task or my least favorite thing to do early in the day. When completed I give my self a reward. Something as simple as 5 minutes outside on a beautiful day. Find something that you can reward yourself with. Here are some other tips to help motivate yourself.
